There are many types of coffee, the most important and most prevalent of which are Arabica coffee and Robusta coffee. We will talk with a simple explanation about the two types:
Arabica coffee:
Arabica coffee contains natural sugars and fats, which makes it taste smoother, less bitter, and tends to be sweeter.
It also contains a range of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, including:
Being a type of coffee that contains caffeine, the coffee beans are ground to a fineness suitable for preparing instant coffee.
Robusta coffee is considered the second most widespread and popular type around the world. It originated in sub-Saharan Africa. It is grown primarily in Africa after Indonesia. Robusta coffee, which comes from a tree called Coffea Canephoraplant, has a pungent and more sour taste. Robusta coffee contains twice the amount of caffeine found in Arabica coffee. It also contains a group of vitamins, minerals, fibres, amino acids, essential oils and monosaccharides, and it is less desirable than Arabica coffee, which makes its price somewhat lower. The shape of the coffee bean is circular and the dividing line is more like a straight line.
Some benefits of Arabica and Robusta coffee:
Arabica and Robusta are the most widespread in the world production, as they constitute 98% of the world production.
Despite the great popularity of Arabica among gourmets, Robusta maintains its position in the coffee market with complete confidence.
